Import your Claude or ChatGPT data export — the .zip or conversations.json you can't easily open — to search every old conversation and the text files in them, ask questions about your history, and track your token usage. All local; nothing is uploaded.

  1. In Claude: Settings → Privacy → Export data
    In ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data
  2. Wait for the email, download the zip
  3. Drag the zip anywhere on this page — or Import Claude / ChatGPT in the top bar (no need to unzip)

To update later: request a fresh export and drop it here — only new and changed conversations are re-imported.

Also use Claude Code or Cowork? Drag your ~/.claude or local-agent-mode-sessions folder here (or use Import Code/Cowork in the top bar) to index those sessions too.
